Adieu Tristesse - this motto stands for the project Wiedner Hauptstraße No. 135. In the middle of the rather murky perimeter block development near the Gürtel lives the building with the seasons. For the past 15 years, the natural climate envelope has changed, forming a filter between dynamic urban space and the building.
Nature and architecture complement each other, with the common goal - to provide comfort for the residents. Rational is the architecture: A building structure with its standardization and prefabrication enables variable floor plans of different sizes and uses. From the vertical green space over the loggias to the actual apartment, the entire depth of the house can be experienced. Rational is also the option to combine different usage blanks.
