The architectural project was carried out by the studio Numax and the interior designer Dario Turani, from Studio Turani Associati.

This is the redevelopment of an old marble workshop located in Bellagio, one of the most enchanting places of the lakes of Lombardy and with views that lead to wonder.

The project has been realized with natural and recovered materials by the company Albino Pozzi (an Italian excellence).

Given the particular shape, the building was conceived as a large loft, in which stands out the large metal kitchen - precisely in pewter - designed by Studio Turani and realized by the company Rossana Cucine.

In the living room you can find a large glass wine cellar placed in the floor and a large metal bookcase by Henge in an elevated position; in the back have been designed the rooms, separated from the large living room, which enjoy great privacy.

The open space concept of the living area creates refined atmospheres, where guests are welcomed in an atmosphere of pleasant conviviality and above all in the name of good taste.

The materials used are simple reclaimed wood and raw iron, large windows dominate the view and create a wonderful interlocking with the surrounding environment with views of on the lake.

Outside there is a swimming pool that creates a beautiful relaxation area, with a large porch placed on the lake and an 180-degrees view degrees all over the lake.
