This space invites you to live an experience that goes beyond food.

The inspiration behind this project comes from an activity that goes far beyond just cooking: grilling meat. It's a ritual that combines patience, technique, and camaraderie, where the process is as valuable as the final result. Grilling is not just a way of cooking, it's a shared experience where the small moments are part of the magic. Here, the fire, the meat, and the people come together to create something special.

The space is carefully designed, spanning 4x12 meters and divided into three main areas: a counter, a cutting section, and a seating area. The real experience begins in the shop, where the search for the perfect cut becomes a ritual in itself. It’s not just about choosing a piece of meat; it’s an opportunity to explore, learn, and enjoy. The atmosphere is crafted so that, regardless of your experience level, you feel comfortable asking questions, sharing knowledge, and becoming part of a community. Every step, from selection to the grill, has a purpose and a lesson to offer.

One of the central elements of the space is a towering charcoal wall, a common resource for any barbecue, but here it takes on a new meaning. Through its scale and repetition, the charcoal transforms into an almost sculptural piece, elevating its humble origins. Instead of being just fuel for the fire, the charcoal becomes a symbol of endurance and patience. And no, this wall won’t burn easily —those who’ve tried to light charcoal without rushing know how challenging it can be. That challenge is part of its charm: lighting a good fire requires time and dedication, just like the best experiences.

But this project is not just about meat or charcoal. What truly matters here are the people and the moments created around them. It’s a space designed for connection, where conversations flow naturally as the fire lights and the meat cooks slowly. Grilling is just an excuse to gather, to share stories, and to enjoy the moment. It’s a place where time seems to stand still, where everyday rituals take on new meaning, and where human connections are at the heart of it all.

From the moment you walk through the door, you’re immersed in an environment crafted to evoke sensations: rustic textures, the crackling sound of charcoal, the aroma filling the air. Everything is orchestrated not only for you to enjoy the food, but also the company and the process. Here, grilling is just a pretext, but what truly matters is what happens around it.

This project reminds us that the best moments aren’t always in perfect results, but in the process, in those small shared moments that make a difference. Like lighting the coals, everything takes time and patience, and in the end, what we truly take away are the connections with others and the experiences we share.
