Located in the exclusive Sierra Alta residential community, in the southern area of the city of Monterrey, this project seeks to find a balance between the privacy of the home and its views toward the Sierra Madre mountains, the golf course, and the surrounding green areas.

The project features a 4-car garage located in the basement level, along with a storage room, laundry area, service quarters, a home office, and a gym.
A crape myrtle tree surrounded by a reflecting pool welcomes guests as they ascend the main access staircase, serving as a prelude to what the house aims to achieve throughout all of its spaces: a clear relationship between the interior and the natural exterior environment.

On the main level, the entrance door opens into a double-height foyer and a carefully positioned staircase designed to be admired, both bathed in natural light through a double-height south-facing window that also frames the home’s privileged views.
On the eastern side, the kitchen, breakfast area, and family room become the main hub for family interaction, connecting through large sliding glass doors to the backyard, where a fire pit, swimming pool, and social terrace with grill area are located.
The completely open social area contrasts its transparency and lightness against the solid exposed concrete volume of the upper level. This transparency is further emphasized through three visual focal points: a fountain whose overflowing water fills a reflecting pool embracing the living and dining areas, and the landscaped gardens surrounding the pool.

On the upper floor, the family lounge serves as a gathering point connecting the three secondary bedrooms, each featuring its own walk-in closet and bathroom, along with two terraces: the front terrace, which shields the home from street exposure through a concrete screen façade, and the rear terrace, which fully frames the views toward the backyard.

The primary bedroom, located on the southern side of the property, takes advantage of the site’s best unobstructed views, opening entirely toward the golf course and the Sierra Madre mountains.
Designed with more than 70% of its structure in white exposed concrete, this residence combines its minimalist character with a sculptural concept that becomes evident even during the construction process, contrasting and harmonizing with the landscaping strategically integrated throughout the entire project.
