The architectural proposal emphasizes the intimate relationship between the exterior spaces and the surrounding landscape, using the terraces and garden as natural extensions of the interior areas. The terraces, arranged at different levels, allow for a dynamic experience of the space, creating areas for relaxation, contemplation, and socializing, always oriented towards optimal sun exposure and a privileged view of the sea.
The garden is conceived as a structuring element of the complex, integrating plant species adapted to the local climate and requiring low maintenance, while simultaneously providing thermal comfort and visual continuity. The pedestrian paths are organically designed, encouraging the gradual discovery of various looks and crannies and landscape settings.
The sea emerges as a constant backdrop, functioning not only as a dominant visual element but also as a determining factor in the orientation and organization of spaces. The transparency of the elements, the choice of non – maintenance materials, and the fluidity between interior and exterior reinforce this connection, allowing natural light and the seascape to become protagonists of the living experience.
In this way, the project establishes a balance between architecture and nature, where terraces, garden, and the sea horizon are articulated in a harmonious composition, enhancing the well-being and quality of life of its users. Ocean Garden!
