Luxury hillside residence integrated into the landscape.
Located in Las Lomas, Boadilla del Monte, one of the most exclusive residential areas in Madrid, this contemporary luxury house is conceived as a natural extension of its sloping east-west plot. The project transforms the topography into a sequence of landscape terraces and precise volumens that establish a balanced dialogue between architecture and landscape.
The house is structured around a clear and functional layout. A main living volume accomodates the living room, dining area, and kitchen conceived as a continuous and open space. Large floor-to-ceiling glazing dissolves the bounddary between interior and exterior, extending the domestic life towards the private garden and framing panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.
Acces is defined by a gradual ascent through a landscape fourecourt, reinforcing the relationship between architecture and terrain. At the center of the plan, an internal courtyard introduces natural light and organizes the program, separating day and night areas while ensuring spatial clarity and privacy.
On the upper level, a carefully proportioned cantilevered volume houses a study overlooking the site. This element consolidates the architectural identity of the villa and reinforces its horizontal composition.
