Located on Jalobert street in Quebec City, Jalo is built on a vacant lot previously used as a parking lot. Directly on the bike path, this 11-unit condo townhouse project contributes to the densification of the area, offering a mix of large two-storey units and two smaller one-storey units.
Having preserved the mature trees already present on the site, the units each benefit from outdoor storage and a large terrace overlooking the backyard protected by the tree canopy.
As for the units on the upper floors, each also have access to a private roof terrace with unobstructed views of the city and the Laurentians mountains. At the front of the project, to live up the facade, each of the condos has a balcony, a small enclosed space perfect for users to enjoy their morning coffee in the sun.
