The Project deals with the reform of an apartment, located in the Center of the Andalusian city of Seville.
The project of this house wants to transform the classic and divided distribution characteristic of houses in city centers, into a large continuous and flexible space.
The living room and the kitchen become the same room, which is invaded by the light from the street, which enters through four large windows.
Old and unnecessary elements such as false ceilings are eliminated, thus achieving greater width and height in the rooms of the house.
Apart from the architecture that surrounds the house, and the organization of the spaces, we also intervene in the interior design of the furniture. These are integrated with the warmth of the materials, creating a cozy and contemporary apartment.
