The owners of this property acquired the apartment with the intention of completely renovating it, adapting it to the needs of a family of four. Functionality and comfort were the main priorities of the project, without losing sight of aesthetics. The apartment, with a regular shape, features a layout that maximizes natural light, especially in the daytime areas. An open space integrates the kitchen with the living-dining room, creating an airy environment with a smooth flow. This open layout enhances everyday convenience and dynamism, connecting with the rest area, which is divided into two parts: on one side, a master suite with more privacy, and on the other, two children's bedrooms and a second bathroom.

The entrance hall stands out for its light design, featuring a suspended piece of furniture and hanging lamps that add a distinctive touch. In both this area and the hallways, built-in wardrobes with a sandy finish have been installed, harmonizing with the rest of the apartment. Although the entrance hall opens into the living room, a small section of wall has been maintained to conceal the front door and provide greater discretion.

In the living room, a TV unit with illuminated shelves frames the space, while an L-shaped sofa subtly separates the living room area from the dining room without breaking the visual continuity. Indirect lighting helps differentiate the two spaces, with a rectangular recessed ceiling feature in the living room and perimeter lighting in the dining area, creating a subtle yet effective contrast.

The kitchen includes a peninsula that offers views of the dining and living areas. It is equipped with a Bora cooking system with an integrated extractor and a bar, making it a perfect space for quick meals. Also noteworthy is the space designed for coffee preparation, located in the column cabinets. The furniture, with an elegant ultra-matte basalt finish by Rekker, perfectly complements the Dekton Kira countertops and backsplash, inspired by natural stone.

The master suite features a bathroom with a shower and a walk-in closet, while another large wardrobe with an integrated TV is situated in front of the bed. The children's bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the apartment, along with a second bathroom and a versatile space that can be used as a playroom or a study area.

The apartment also includes a laundry room connected to a gallery, a large terrace that wraps around the living room, and a second smaller terrace on the bedroom side.In terms of decor, the combination of materials and finishes creates a warm and sophisticated atmosphere. The blend of classic and contemporary elements results in a balanced aesthetic, with a neutral color palette contrasted by black accents in features like frames, cabinet handles, and table legs. Textiles and wall coverings in the entrance hall and one of the children's bedrooms add texture and personality. This project seamlessly combines the best of classic and modern styles, adapting each space to meet the needs of a family seeking both comfort and design.
