The new Miele Inspirience Centre needed to emanate the core values of this well-known German brand: quality, innovation, durability, functionality and a superior design. The very first washing machines, made from oak churns, were used as a source of inspiration for the design of the lounge and restaurant. The shapes and finish are reminiscent of rounded staves and oak. Elements of nature, such as water and fire, are translated into aquariums and an imposing eight metre-long fireplace. In the showroom section each product group is presented in a unique atmosphere. The furniture that the products are exhibited on have been finished with mother of- pearl varnish: a varnish that appears soft and warm and simultaneously exudes perfection.
