This powerful industrialised construction is located in Valencia. With a Mediterranean style, this villa stands out for its O-shaped layout on two floors, mostly used to place a space as the centre of the house and distribute the rest of the spaces through it. In this case, the living room is situated as the master of the house. As for its façade, it has a Mediterranean and elongated aesthetic, thanks to the overhangs and its clean horizontal lines with lateral volumetry, accentuated by the colour white. A design that is in harmony with the white monolayer, technological wood and ceramic materials.

This modular luxury villa is accessed through a pivoting wooden door and when we enter the house we find the entrance hall, with a study to the right and a living room to the left. There is also a bathroom next to a single bedroom.

The living room has a modern style with elements of technological wood and continuing with the Mediterranean style, neutral colours. The kitchen is open to the living room giving a greater sense of spaciousness.

On the upper floor of the house we find the bedrooms, a master suite with dressing room and two single rooms next to the bathroom. In the interior of these spaces we find details that reflect luxury and design, such as the tiling, floor to ceiling doors and the attention to detail in the interior design work, which has been carried out by the company MAJO FLORES interior design studio.

From the living room we have access to the large porch that this house has, through which we have views to the outside, with the incredible garden, pool and even the lake that surrounds this luxury villa. The pool has the same ceramic coating that has all the exterior paving, to reinforce the feeling of continuity of the spaces.
