Novelas Terra Living is a contemporary residential development that embraces a calm and understated architectural language. Defined by clean geometries, generous green spaces, and a strong connection to the surrounding landscape, the project creates an environment where architecture enhances everyday life through simplicity, comfort, and natural light. The project is organized around three carefully positioned residential volumes that establish a balanced relationship between built form and open space. This composition maximizes privacy while encouraging visual continuity with the surrounding landscape. Rather than dominating the site, the architecture adapts naturally to its surroundings. The careful placement of the buildings preserves open green areas and reinforces a seamless dialogue between architecture and nature.
Landscape is treated as an essential architectural element. Gardens, trees, and outdoor leisure areas contribute to an atmosphere of tranquility that extends beyond the buildings themselves. The outdoor leisure areas have been conceived as natural extensions of the residential experience, creating spaces where architecture and landscape merge to encourage relaxation and community living. A soft and natural material palette reinforces the timeless character of the development while creating a warm and welcoming residential environment. The interior spaces continue the project's architectural philosophy through open layouts, abundant natural light, and carefully considered proportions that prioritize comfort, functionality, and everyday well-being. Open-plan living areas create bright and flexible environments where architecture quietly supports daily life through clarity, comfort, and spatial continuity.
Private spaces provide calm and intimate environments where natural light, soft materials, and carefully balanced proportions promote comfort and relaxation. Minimal detailing and timeless materials create elegant bathrooms that reflect the project's overall commitment to simplicity and quality. Novelas Terra Living reflects a contemporary approach to residential architecture where simplicity, landscape, and thoughtful design come together to create enduring places to live.
