This office project was born from the dialogue between space, identity, and purpose.
Designed for the real estate developer Sartoriale, it embodies the brand’s core values: tradition, artigianato, and su misura.

At Sartoriale, quality of life is upheld in every detail. More than just an office, this space is an extension of the brand’s philosophy: a place where architecture and experience intertwine to give shape to new ways of living.

TRADITION

Inspired by the legacy of Italian hospitality, the space welcomes you like a home.
Its layout includes a reception lobby, a kitchen-dining area, a projection room with four workstations, as well as a studio and a library. Each environment is designed to encourage connection, reflection, and collaborative work.

ARTIGIANATO

The artisanal essence is expressed through materiality.
The use of travertine, wood, and textured surfaces creates a warm and sensory atmosphere. These materials connect with a constructive tradition that values natural, lasting beauty.

SU MISURA

Everything has been thoughtfully designed to fit, with close attention to the way we inhabit space.
The atmosphere is intimate and welcoming, inspiring trust.
The spatial layout is organized through dividers inspired by the facade compositions of Sartoriale’s real estate developments. These structures create a rhythm of solids, voids, and containers, reinterpreting the celosia as a functional and poetic element.

At the heart of the project, a central shelving unit holds carefully curated objects that evoke places of origin and daily motivations. These subtle gestures ground the memory and open the space to storytelling.
