This project is a luxury residential complex named “Seara pe deal” – translated is “evening on the hill”. The Romanian name has a connection with a beautiful poem wrote by the great Rumanian poetry writer Mihai Eminescu “Sara pe deal”. It is located near Bucharest, in Pipera neighbourhood. The developed area is about 1800 sq.mt. There are 5 villas that have in common the access road, a big yard divided organically in smaller courtyards, a covered pool and a spa area. The luxury is expressed also through the Nafir sospensions by Karim Rashid designer.
