Tat-Sat Residence is a private bungalow located on Ajwa Road in Vadodara, designed around the philosophy of calm minimalism and timeless materiality. The interiors explore a restrained palette of whites, soft beige flooring, muted greys, and natural veneer textures to create a serene and balanced living environment. The design approach emphasizes clarity of form, subtle material contrasts, and carefully composed spatial proportions that allow the spaces to feel light, uncluttered, and quietly elegant.

The living room acts as the visual anchor of the house, defined by a textured blue backdrop that frames a veneer-finished console supported on custom metal legs. A large minimalist round clock introduces a subtle focal element while maintaining the understated language of the interior. Neutral flooring and soft ambient lighting further enhance the sense of openness and calm within the space.

An informal living lounge with a theatre screen provides a relaxed gathering space for the family, furnished with neutral upholstery and visually extending towards a balcony seating area.

The son’s bedroom combines grey and pastel blue tones with warm veneer finishes, resulting in a youthful yet refined interior.

The kitchen continues this minimal narrative through a seamless beige palette and clean-lined cabinetry designed for both functionality and visual harmony.

In contrast, the master bedroom introduces deeper tonal layers through a grey veneer feature wall integrated with concealed lighting, creating depth and a calm, intimate atmosphere.

Tat-Sat Residence reflects a design philosophy where simplicity becomes the defining element, allowing material textures, natural light, and proportion to shape the overall spatial experience.
