The Tower Parking System allows to park up to 70 vehicles in the space of three. The TPS is definitely the most efficient system when it comes to saving horizontal space and taking advantage of vertical space.
The Tower is able to multiply the existing parking capacity more than 20 times, using the footprint of three parking spaces. Towers may be installed one next to the other, one behind the other and in clusters; increasing even more their incredible potential for space optimization.
Even though Tower Parking Systems may reach a total of 35 levels, they can also be designed and built in lower configurations to accommodate different height restrictions. It is important to highlight that parking “levels” are lower than - or not as high as - the levels or floors found on traditional buildings. The height of a “parking level” does not equal the height of a building floor.
Tower Systems are fully independent (operator not required) and they allow for different levels of automation, from the most basic to the most sophisticated.
