WOODY I frameless wood-glass partitions are a modern and elegant solution for interiors that require functional and design-oriented division of large spaces. Wood and glass are combined to emphasize safety, acoustic insulation, and aesthetics.

Safety glass and solid wood
WOODY I wood-glass partitions have simple safety glass set into glued solid wood profiles. Thanks to the uniform thickness of the frame and floor profile, the partitions look clean and free of disturbing transitions. The attention to detail also ensures the utmost transparency —the glass edges are sanded, polished, and glued with clear acrylic tape. This provides light transmission and airtightness throughout the wall, regardless of the number and width of the glass modules.

Certification and European standards of WOODYGLASS partitions
The WOODY I system complies with the latest European standards and is CE-certified. This guarantees stability, airtightness, and personal safety. This enables us to supply WOODYGLASS wood-glass partitions throughout the EU.

Sound insulation and design flexibility
WOODY I walls offer excellent sound insulation with laboratory airtightness values up to 37 dB for fixed parts and 38 dB for doors. They achieve the same sound insulation as a soundproof door with a special insert. Similar sound insulation properties are also achieved by, for example, Ytong Klasik 100 P2-500 partition walls (Porotherm: 44 dB, Porfix 0.36 m thick: 47 dB).

WOODYGLASS wood-glass partitions can be adapted to the shape of the room, whether you need straight, rectangular, segmental, or curved glass modules. Similarly, the individual modules of WOODY I glass walls can be manufactured in atypical dimensions and shapes.

Environmentally and health-friendly substances
The wooden profiles are made of local oak or spruce glued solids and surface treated with ecological oils without solvents and volatile organic compounds (VOC free). We use oils that are registered in the Austrian "Baubook" ecological product database and that meet the German "DiBT" test. This means that they protect the user against the subsequent release of solvents indoors. The oils protect the inside of the wood, preserving its natural texture to the touch, and are resistant to liquids. The oil finish will not crack and can be renewed.

High-quality technical finishes and partition wall components
WOODY I partitions are equipped with top-quality components for high-frequency use and object loads. Standard components include German Simonswerk Tectus 3D adjustable hinges, Süd Metall cranks with TOPSPEED bayonet system for fixed crank attachment and SSF shot locks. The GEZE concealed self-closing mechanism gives the whole system a clean look with no visible components, perfect functionality, and long service life.
