The typology of the project constituted as a multi-family residential building, seeks to generate a spatiality that responds to the collective imaginary of housing with a traditional architectural language and a contemporary color palette. Meanwhile, facing the current demands and the diversity of the inhabitants; flexibility is proposed both in the units and in the common spaces.
