1. Land location and dimension
The Project is located in Mohammad Shahr in Alborz region at 50 km from Tehran. The land area is about 500 sqm and the entrance is in the east side and is situated in a villa complex. The weather is mite in the most part of the year.
The customer want a House in a unique floor with an area of about 99 sqm.
2. Study of building area and location
As mentioned by customer the building area for municipality rules can't be more than 99.99 sqm. The customer also want a very simple and minimal shape for the house and that was a best choice for this kind of project and dimension that we need. We will project a parallelepiped with L 13.25 m. W 7.50 m and H 3.50/4.00 m to have a total area of 99.375 sqm. with a distance from southern and northern wall of about 4 meters and 1.5 meters from western wall to have a big space between the entry and the villa to design all the other kind that the customer need.
3. Interior space distribution
With the total area that we have and the customer need, I decided to make a living area with a open minimal kitchen and a dining are in the western part of the house, the sleeping area with 1 master bedroom and 1 guest bedroom/studio separated from the bathroom area (1 bathroom for the master bedroom and one common bathroom. We made this distribution for the other spaces to project in the outside area of the house.
4. Outdoor space distribution
In the outdoor area of this villa we will have an infinity pool touching the building in the living area for enjoy and relaxing with amazing view. We will have a fireplace/barbecue area (orange) next to the pool with a bit of distance to form a solarium between these two spaces. In the eastern part we will maintain the green area with their trees to have a microclimate and insulation in our land. The entry will be used for park 2/3 cars.
