The screeching wagon wheels can still be heard in this historic park, an extraordinary setting of four hidden houses where modernity blends with nature.

Located in the center of Treviso, in the heart of Veneto, the area is partially protected by the Belle Arti, in order to safeguard it from urbanization. 

“Reflection is the key word of this project”, explains the architect Andrea Rossetti of ARK’it. “First of all, it means attention: we have chosen compact and clean volumes, which do not affect the view too much, thanks also to the large windows with minimal systems by Impronta. In addition, sustainable materials and the latest technologies have been used to create zero-impact homes. Secondly, it means physical reflection: thanks to the Trespa panels, the colours of the houses change according to the sunlight and the chromatic variations of the very nature of the wood, in a continuous dialogue with the surrounding park. “

To preserve the original features of the location, the houses had to be perfectly immersed in it, in a constant exchange with nature. The dialogue between indoor and outdoor is favored by the use of the wooden Maxima collection, the Isos windows, and the Xtravision aluminum sliding door.
