With a total built area of 15,032 m², including 257 corporate units and 5,000 m² of common areas, the EPIC Tower embodies the concept of a “15-minute city”: a vibrant ecosystem where work, leisure, commerce, and services co-exist within walking distance. The project was executed at record speed, reflecting both strategic planning and sustainable solutions that strengthen Caruaru’s role as an urban innovation hub.
A New Urban Icon
The design of EPIC Tower interprets the corporate tower as an urban sculpture, breaking away from predictable patterns. Its fluid horizontal façade lines and unitized curtain wall system with BRS 131 Emerald high-performance glass set a new standard for thermal comfort, solar control, and energy efficiency, while introducing a bold architectural presence in the city’s skyline.
The podium integrates retail stores, technical areas, and administrative facilities, while the ground floor hosts the corporate reception and operations. Above, modular office floors allow for flexible layouts – from private offices to large institutional spaces – supported by advanced technological infrastructure. Dedicated event floors include auditoriums and meeting spaces directly connected to the shopping center and parking facilities, ensuring functionality and accessibility.
