The new IMCD Italia headquarters in Milan, designed and built by Progetto CMR International Group through Progetto CMR and Progetto Design & Build, covers approximately 4,000 sqm across three floors and a terrace within the building at Via Borsi 9, designed by Dante Benini and certified BREEAM Excellent.
The project was developed with the aim of transforming working spaces into living places, moving beyond the traditional office model. Laboratories, showrooms, meeting areas, informal workspaces, a bistrot, lounges, terraces and digital environments create a flexible ecosystem designed to encourage collaboration, innovation and everyday well-being.
Sustainability and user experience are central to the design approach. Natural light, acoustic and thermal comfort, greenery and a strong focus on people’s health support the path towards WELL Platinum certification, reinforcing a more human, efficient and future-oriented vision of the workplace. The result is a dynamic and distinctive environment that reflects IMCD Italia’s values and translates the company’s innovation into a tangible spatial experience.
