In the countyside, a few kilometers from Polignano stands this single family house, completely immersed in nature and surrounded by olive trees and Mediterranean vegetation. The architectural project, characterized by contemporaneity, is characterized by constant dialogue with the surrounding landscape, thanks to the presence of large windows and glass windows that overlook the countryside on one side and overlook the sea on the opposite side.

The external and internal environments, in complete fusion and permeability with each other, give a pleasant sensation of well-being, balance and harmony. The house is made up of two distinct buildings, separated from each other by a large covered veranda, equipped with two mirrored entrances on the two opposite sides.

The covered veranda allows access to the swimming pool with adjoining solarium area with showers and sunbeds, as well as to the equipped outdoor dining area. The interiors are contemporary and modern, with a deliberately refined minimal touch. The internal flooring of the house is in concrete-effect porcelain stoneware slabs, while the external dining area, located exactly in the area delimited by the windows, is in concrete.

The load-bearing structure of the building is made of reinforced concrete, unlike the infill walls made of a lighter material, Poroton. The property is entirely delimited by typically Apulian dry stone walls and the external paving is partially in local Trani stone and, for the remaining part, in concrete. The beautiful and relaxing setting helps to make this space a sort of oasis that can be enjoyed in all seasons.
