Anchored by a double-height stone fireplace, the great room is the heart of the home, connecting the kitchen, living room, dining area, and bar within a light-filled open central volume. With panoramic valley views beyond, the swimming pool just ahead, and a landscaped courtyard with fire feature off to one side, the home feels simultaneously connected to distant vistas, and more intimate outdoor spaces.
Extending directly from the main level are a series of outdoor terraces with floating roof overhangs for generous shading. Gathering and dining areas, a BBQ, infinity-edge swimming pool, and spa allow relaxation and movement between sun, shade, water, and landscape, while enjoying the uninterrupted views of the desert below.
