Refurbishment and revitalization of Prannerstrasse 11. The building, which was rebuilt in 1947 - part of the Munich old town ensemble - undergoes extensive refurbishment with renewal of the building services. Oliv Architects designed a representative office space on the ground floor and first floor. The former rooms of a bank are transformed into an architectural office. Style-defining materials are dark wood, raw steel and glass. The iron pillars from the construction period are highlighted by exposing the ceiling
