etalbond®  is a technologically advanced product whose unique features facilitate creative and innovative architectural design. Curved and flat surfaces in vivid colours add an elegant sense in public and private buildings and constructions.

With its high quality, resilience and unique appearance, etalbond® offers sustainable construction quality and high creative standards.
etalbond® is available in three different core compositions:
etalbond® PE with low-density polyethylene
etalbond® FR with fire-retardant core
etalbond® A2 with incombustible core, suitable for the most demanding applications, always in compliance with all fire safety requirements for external cladding

How does etalbond®contributes to sustainability?
100% post-consumer recycled content for the core
96.6% post-industrial recycled content of the aluminium
100% recyclable product
96.3% to 99.3% of recycled materials can be completely returned to the material cycle
No water is used for the production process
A significant percentage of the energy used for the lamination process is produced from the photovoltaic plant installed on the factory roof.
All coatings used on etalbond® are REACH and RoHS compliant and no heavy metals are used for their pigmentation
During the coil coating process the evaporated solvents are burned in order not to exit the environment and their heat from burning is used for the paint curing and solvent evaporation, resulting in the minimum amount of energy consumption
The continuous nature of the coil coating process and the efficiency of roller coating means that waste is very much reduced and wastage of paint is virtually eliminated, with most potential waste being re-used in paint formulation.
Water used in processes is 100% re-utilized resulting in no water wastage
