The new Honegger headquarters in Milan, designed by Progetto CMR and Progetto Design & Build, was conceived to transform the existing offices into a brighter, more open and comfortable workplace.
Honegger, a leading company in exhibition stand design and construction, needed to move beyond a previous layout defined by enclosed and disconnected spaces, which did not fully support communication between employees.
The project focuses on spatial quality through curved lines, soft volumes and a careful use of natural materials, creating an elegant and welcoming environment. The entrance is defined by a scenographic semicircular reception desk, paired with a custom-made sofa with sinuous forms.
The generous floor area allowed the design team to create a dynamic interplay of solid and void volumes, giving the interiors a greater sense of openness and continuity between the different work areas. The use of wood, stone and green elements helps define a warm and contemporary atmosphere, aligned with the company’s identity.
Flexibility is one of the key elements of the intervention: the spaces are designed to adapt to the company’s future needs, including the possible expansion of workstations.
The result is a tailor-made workplace, designed to respond to Honegger’s needs and to support communication, well-being and corporate identity
