Kongelys Café is designed as a new and distinctive gathering point in Hedehusene, situated between office buildings and residential areas. The project introduces a new social meeting place to the area, creating an informal setting for employees, residents and visitors alike.
The café is conceived as a simple timber volume in a deep red hue, carefully selected to establish a visual connection with the colours of the surrounding architecture and create a sense of coherence across the area.
The terrace is designed as a natural extension of the café, strengthening the connection between interior and exterior. Together, the building and its outdoor spaces create an inviting setting for everyday life, informal encounters and social gatherings.
