The concrete structure frames the views from the living room and gallery towards the river and the sunset, while the reflections of the infinity pool blend with the adjacent nautical channel, creating a continuous visual connection with the water.

The house is organized across multiple levels, allowing the social areas to accommodate different uses simultaneously while maintaining privacy between spaces, both inside and outside. This layered organization creates distinct areas for gathering and relaxation while preserving visual connections with the surrounding landscape.

The house is made up of noble and timeless materials such as aluminum sunshades, natural walnut wood, Tundra stone and concrete. Used across both interior and exterior ceilings, concrete creates continuity throughout the house, visually unifying the different spaces and reinforcing the coherence of the architectural language.
