OVERVIEW:

The office’s main terrace façade is separated into geometric grid of glass partitions set with the spider hinges. The glass façade gives the view of all the separated areas while keeping it one and symmetric at the same time.

The use of different materials on the exterior such zinc, stone, green wall, & funder max to create a different look on the terrace garden cum sitting space.

Each glass façade is angled to optimize the level of shape provided, while allowing the direct natural light to illuminate the office floors and walls. The exterior being on the north direction, the natural daylight is soft and gives the soothing city view from the staff area and open terrace.

The working experience is designed to be gentle, dark, quiet and sophisticated with its hierarchy of volumes and spatial textures. Zinc, B.P.G, dark blue veneer, Italian and green wall choreographed to manufacture shadows and intrigue.

RECEPTION AREA:

The desk in the reception area is designed keeping the color scheme of the office in mind.  Dark blue veneer being the highlighting element in the area in between the white painted walls and grey B.P.G panels with 8mm aluminum sections in the grooves in veneer and B.P.G., giving a vibrant look to the space. Baffle ceiling and profile light in it providing enough light in the passage. The picture composition on the white wall showcasing their work.

STAFF AREA AND ACCOUNTS AREA:

Fitted shelving units are featured, while the overall clean lines recall the façade’s minimal appearance.

The dash of yellow on the working desk in staff area as well as the accounts area is introduced to break the minimal palette of grey painted walls and dark grey tile on the floor.

LOUNGE:

The lounge is not only designed as a relaxation spot, but also as an informal meeting area. A feature wall in dark blue, grey and white acoustic panels and an ambient light completes the look. Dark blue veneer wall complimenting the feature wall with the pastel colored sofa.

MAIN CABIN:

The director’s cabin is planned to facilitate a comfortable visual language with the spaces outside and inside flowing into each other. The seamless blending of materials and intelligently designed furniture makes a unique special language.

The separate sitting area is given for creating an informal space, for casual discussions. The large window beside it gives the nice city view.
