Way of Normal as Interior Designers

Tucked beneath a celebrated barbecue restaurant lies Prickett Richard: an
intimately tailored speakeasy waiting to be discovered through an
unassuming steel door in the alleyway. Requested by the clients, Prickett
Richard exudes a far more intimate, elevated, and exclusive ethos from the
bustling restaurant upstairs. As guests enter the back-door and pass
through the kitchen, getting a quick glance at the lively food hall before they
descend the dimly lit staircase, transitioning from the vibrant energy of the
restaurant to an intimate, sophisticated sanctuary.

Once downstairs, the warm ambiance envelops guests, with exposed brick
walls and elegantly arched ceilings that allude to history and charm. Soft,
strategically placed lighting enhances the cozy atmosphere, casting
delicate shadows across the textured surfaces, creating a welcoming and
alluring space that invites exploration. The layout is thoughtfully curated to harmonize social interaction and privacy, highlighting the exclusivity of the space. Intimate seating areas, adorned with plush velvet sofas and vintage leather armchairs, beckon guests to relax and linger.

At the heart of the speakeasy, the meticulously designed bar made from
dark mahogany serves as a stunning focal point. Behind it, premium spirits
are artfully displayed on reclaimed wood shelves, their labels softly
glimmering in the ambient light. A mirrored ceiling reflects the warm glow of
elegant sconces and flickering candles, enhancing the intimate vibe and
creating an illusion of spaciousness.

Art plays a pivotal role in defining the speakeasy's character, featuring a
curated collection that marries modern aesthetics with classic influences.
Classic oil paintings mingle with contemporary artworks, sparking
conversation and enriching the atmosphere. This thoughtful curation not
only elevates the visual appeal but also embodies the essence of the
speakeasy, where tradition and innovation converge.

remain private. The interplay of light and shadow fosters a mysterious
ambiance, inviting guests to indulge in an experience that transcends the
ordinary.

In this hidden sanctuary beneath the humming of the above restaurant, time
feels suspended. The bustling world outside fades, revealing a realm where
life’s pleasures are celebrated. Amidst the inviting finishes and cozy nooks,
patrons find an escape—an elegant journey into a space where
camaraderie and romance flourish, all under the enchanting glow of
mirrored reflections. This speakeasy is not merely a bar; it is an immersive
experience, a tribute to the art of indulgence and a celebration of life's finer
moments, waiting to be discovered by those in the know.
