La cura estrema seguita durante la fase progettuale e di cantierizzazione ha permesso un rinnovo rispettoso e diffuso, improntato all’adattamento degli elementi preesistenti.
L’intuizione di partenza ha previsto una rivisitazione della modalità abitativa che ha permesso di elevare l’originaria funzione residenziale da spazio lavorativo a luogo dell’abitare contemporaneo.
A building that draws a new perspective. An itinerary to admire while fully gathering the design innovations and the improved dialogue between the various elements. Like the twentieth-century facade characterized by its stucco and its decorative cement, the Jacobin pigeons coated in aluminum shingle, and the volume gained through a careful restoration of the attic.
A process of restoration that took into account various factors: the value of the antique, the innovation of the material, the innovation of technology. Allowing the collective living dimension to become a reality in the internal courtyard, the urban component favors an expanding involvement that includes - virtually - the entire city.
