The design of the office building was developed from the Connext logo. The airspace with its bridges connects four square structures of different sizes in a cross shape.
In the individual structures, the workplaces are separated by glass partitions with sliding glass doors. This floods the combination zone in the middle of the square surfaces with light. The flexibility of the building is evident not only in the different floor areas, but also in the design with cavity floors and easily movable partitions: The floor plans of the offices can be adapted as required.
To the outside, the four building structures with their stone façades appear rather massive. The mullion-and-transom façade between the cubes is set back and allows light into the air space. From inside, the user experiences exciting views of the landscape.

As an addition to the company headquarters from 2010, a second building was constructed for Connext Communication GmbH, which houses modern office space, conference and event rooms, a hotel including a restaurant and fitness area, as well as a children's day care centre. The new building docks to the existing building via a bridge. The facade also connects both buildings in its design form and materiality.
Inside, the different areas are arranged around a building high atrium: Lobby, lounge and meeting place at the same time. Bands of windows and rectangular window areas open offices and hotel rooms to the interior and provide them with plenty of daylight. The geometric window openings in the ceiling of the atrium result from the logo of the Connext company: squares of various sizes allow light into the interior and multiply in the reflection on the glass surfaces.
