OFMAA Architects as Architects

With Limited capacities, a new private entrepreneurial higher professional school is realised in the forma industrial district of Amsterdam Noord. Opened in 2017 and doubled in students in 2018. Both designs, the first floor in the first year and ground floor after the expansion are done by OFMAA.

The rough materialisation breathes the industrial history of the

building and surrounding and represents the entrepreneurship of de industrial

area. It also connects to the perceptions of these young students.

The ground floor is classified as the reception, discuss,

brainstorm and open working space, whereas the first floor is meant for group

lessons, seminars and coaching. In this way, students are pushed to work

together to inspire and learn from each other, but also have a safe and

pleasant environment to be taught by professionals.
