The proposed building is a solitaire with four blocks of different heights that sensitively follow the terrain. Each block is taller and shorter than the previous one, providing views of Prague and the surrounding greenery.
The internal blocks will contain a community garden and private gardens with terraces. Both areas will be uniformly planted, creating harmony between privacy and public space. The area is connected by a four-story base with horizontal perforated metal.
The lower two floors are for parking and technical facilities, while the upper two are residential. There is an entrance ramp on the west side and four entrances to stair sections on the north side.
The façade of the base is a combination of exposed concrete, a grey-colored insulation system, and brown perforated metal. The four towers are distinguished by beige plaster and vertical surfaces in turquoise, rust brown, and grey panels.
