About Plexwood
Plexwood is an innovative interior design veneer, composed of end grain wood and with the grain veneers, which give the product a clear linear structure.
Plexwood can be used for floors, walls, ceilings, staircases, furniture, and company logos, amongst many other conceptual applications.
End grain wood, one of the main components of Plexwood, is harder than regular cut wood, making Plexwood products suitable for high traffic environments like public spaces, office, retail, education and health care environments.
In our production we do not use formaldehyde-based glue or volatile organic compounds (VOCs). Plexwood can meet almost any sustainability standard or certification.
Available in 12 products: Strip, Parquet strip, Plank, Tile, Panel one-sided, Panel two-sided, Panel flexible, Geometric, Acoustic, Solid, Profile and Special, and in 9 kind of wood, Birch, Beech, Oak, Pine, Pine/Ocoumé, Meranti, Ocoumé, Poplar and Deal.
About Acoustic-Plank
Acoustic - Plank is a 3-layer wood product, consisting of an mdf substrate with a Plexwood veneer on one side, an acoustic fleece on the reverse side, tongue and groove and complementary installation system. Plank is provided with a pattern of linear grooves with slots.
Characteristics Acoustic - Plank for wall and ceiling in metric dimensions:
The standard measurement of Acoustic - Plank is ± 2400 x 128 x 17.5 (15 mdf + 2.5 Plexwood) mm.
The product is standard provided with pattern TLS 29/3, a linear groove pattern on the front, standard width 2 mm, c-t-c 32 mm. The reverse side has staggered slots of 97 mm long, which are also clearly visible from the front side. The αw of this pattern is 0.75 and the NRC is 0.65.
There are two optional linear groove with slots patterns available (TLS 6/2 and TLS 14/2), which also have influence on the acoustic properties. The product is delivered finished with a matt flame retardant, UV-cured polyurethane acrylic varnish and a complementary installation system (clips).
Acoustic-Plank (pattern TLS 6/2):
For pattern linear groove with slots TLS 6/2, the αw is 0.50 and the NRC is 0.90. The product is delivered finished with a matt flame retardant, UV-cured polyurethane acrylic varnish and a complementary installation system (clips).
Acoustic-Plank (pattern TLS 14/2):
For pattern linear groove with slots TLS 14/2, the αw is 0.75 and the NRC is 0.75. The product is delivered finished with a matt flame retardant, UV-cured polyurethane acrylic varnish and a complementary installation system (clips).

Characteristics Acoustic - Plank for wall and ceiling in imperial dimensions:
The standard measurement of Acoustic - Plank is ± 94.49” x 5.04” x 0.69” (0.59” mdf + 0.10” Plexwood).
The product is standard provided with pattern TLS 29/3, a linear groove pattern on the front, standard width 0.08”, c-t-c 1.26”. The reverse side has staggered slots of 3.82” long, which are also clearly visible from the front side. The αw of this pattern is 0.75 and the NRC is 0.65.
