The project distributes itself around a family living room that serves as a connection point between units. Life in the house originates there, moving towards the different areas that are part of it and are visually directed to it.
The residence is presented discreet, only perceptible for the subject to live and the visits away from the external tumult, hence the importance of the house being projected as a family space par excellence, giving importance to the visit as much as the inhabitant. With a basement, 3 bedrooms and a service area, in addition to the TV room, and the kitchen-dining room used as a single space integrated with the family room.
Externally, the volume is minimalist, with very small flashes of regional items, framed by an apparent concrete element that shows us the main access. Upon entering, the visual is a yellow caterpillar with juxtaposed arrangements of columns that ends its journey in the sensory opening between this 2.60 m entrance hall and the double height family room (6.20 m).
